At Ominiexpress, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.


✅ Eligibility for a Refund

You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • The item is unused and in its original packaging

❌ Non-Refundable Items

  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery
  • Items that have been used, worn, or damaged by the customer
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Downloadable or digital products

🔄 How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at ebikaboweihill95@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the refund.
  2. Attach a photo or video of the item if it is damaged or incorrect.
  3. We will respond within 24–48 hours with next steps.
  4. Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

📦 Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost. If the return is for other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.


💳 Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company — it may take a few days to post.
  • If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us at ebikaboweihill95@gmail.com.
